Join the P1 Team
Simply find the role you’re looking for and send your CV and contact us via the contact page. Please specify the role for which you are applying and ensure you include your full contact details, so we can get in touch with you.
Before your interview we will ask you to complete three short questionnaires. These help us to identify your motivations and behaviours in the work place. When combined with your answers to questions in the interview, we can determine whether we are the right fit for each other.
This is an opportunity for us to get to know more about each other and talk about you and the role in greater detail. We want to learn about you, your experience and what makes you tick and we’re sure you’ll have lots of questions for us.
For a few select roles we may require you to complete a short test which, if applicable, will be conducted on the day of your second interview. We may ask you to consider a case study and give us your views on how you would tackle a client’s business problems, or complete a benchmark test in multiple-choice format. In either case, this will be made clear to you when you are invited to attend.
If you impress us at your first interview, we’ll meet with you again, typically with two members of our senior management team present. Although our interviews are fairly informal, the second interview is an opportunity for you to talk face-to-face with senior members of the team and have all your questions answered. Remember to relax and just be yourself.

If you’re successful, one of our friendly team will call you to offer you the job verbally. We will then send an offer letter and employment contract out vie e-signature. You just need to read and sign, providing any further information we need from you, such as the names of your referees.
If everything goes smoothly our onboarding process will begin with a warm welcome and a comprehensive induction. You can then look forward to great training and support throughout your career at P1.

Adviser Platform Support
As part of the Adviser Platform Support team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for financial advisers using the P1 Platform. You will assist in the general day to day running of the platform, which includes; smooth onboarding, facilitating pension and investment transfers, assisting with account creation, and providing solutions to general support queries. This role requires an individual with a keen attention to detail, ability to handle a varying workload throughout the day and a passion for delivering exemplary customer service.
