As part of our ongoing commitment to our values, staff are allocated two days a year for them to support a charity of their choice. In 2017, Head of Research and Ethical Investing, Dr Quintin Rayer, volunteered at the Secret World Wildlife Rescue Centre outside Bridgwater in Somerset.

Secret World are a charity that is open throughout the year to rescue sick, injured or orphaned wildlife. They rescue or advise the public on over 5,000 animal and birds a year, including hundreds of wildlife orphans such as otters, badgers, foxes and birds of prey. On rescuing these orphaned creatures they go on to hand-rear, care for and rehabilitate them.

He had a great day helping out around their facilities and painting their Bluebell Barn venue.  As a reward for his hard work he was allowed to see some of their rescued wildlife.
